Hyper hemisphere sapphire dome can be custom fabricated with caliber up to 300mm, surface finish 40/20, surface roughness 10 Angstrom, and surface figure of 1.0 fringe over any 50mm diameter on both faces. When AR coated on both sides, Hyper hemisphere sapphire dome provides up to 99% transmission in the UV to IR. Precise edge steps and end profiles can be custom fabricated for special mounting surfaces. |
